Skilled Immigration Services (Canada)

We're into extensive volunteering services for immigration to Canada. We work with a large network of volunteers to get you the truth about what's happening on ground. With increasing cases on fraudulent activities around PR visa processing for the above mentioned country, we try and get you the truth amidst all the confusion. We primarily run a volunteer visa advisory section where-in you could spend time with our investors who are qualified PR holders of Canada or you could speak in person to any of our volunteers who are also PR holders. We try and get you the truth so that you can take an informed decision. If you'd like us to guide you on the Visa application, the same can be done over multiple counselling sessions. Our parent company ANB Group's sub company namely ANB Immigration Inc. has on board Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants (RCICs) and is also hence a member of the ICCRC.

While applications can be made by oneself too, the advantages of having an RCIC are many. Here's a look at why working with an RCIC can mostly mean the difference between life and death for an immigration applicant. Read complete details here

The Atlantic Immigration Pilot helps you hire qualified candidates for jobs you haven’t been able to fill locally. These candidates can be overseas or living in Canada temporarily. There are 3 programs under AIPP:

Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA)

LMIA is a document that an employer in Canada may need to get before hiring a foreign worker. This document is issued by Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC). A positive LMIA will show that there is a need for a foreign worker to fill a specific job that the employer is willing to recruit. This also means that the employer has tried to recruit a Canadian or a permanent resident (candidate) from within Canada, but, no Canadian worker is available to do the job. A positive LMIA is sometimes called a confirmation letter

Work Permit (LMIA)

Those foreign nationals who wish to work full time in Canada will need to obtain a work permit. The duration of a work permit will be tied to the length of the contract offered by the Canadian employer, usually one or two years. There are different types of work permit i.e. post graduation work permit, Open work permit and LMIA assisted work permit. After Successfully completion of your study, we can help you to get the post graduation work permit or in some cases extension work permit. If your spouse is on study permit then you can get open work permit. Contact us to know more about open work permit
